Audit Fees
QMI-SAI Global will bill you after the audit for the audit fee and auditor travel charges. Contact the certification body for more information about the cost of audit and certification services. Likewise, any questions related to audit billing by QMI-SAI Global can be directed to the contact above.
Service Delivery Standards
Audit Reports
QMI-SAI Global will send you your final audit report directly, not through your auditor. Turnaround of the audit report takes three weeks to one month. You should not expect your report and final score sooner than that. If it takes longer than one month to receive your audit report, please contact QMI-SAI Global directly (see “Contact QMI-SAI Global”).
Audit Certificates
Please contact QMI-SAI Global if you receive an incorrect certificate, have not yet received your certificate, need a hard copy, etc.
Complaints, Appeals and Disputes
QMI-SAI Global offers a formal complaint, appeals and dispute resolution procedure if you disagree with audit findings, wish to launch a complaint about your audit, or experience other problems with QMI services. Please contact:
