QMI-SAI Global, a Certification Body for the CanadaGAP program, will be holding a CanadaGAP Auditor Training Course February 13-17, 2012 at the QMI office in Toronto.
Course Details
The course is designed to train potential auditors specifically for the CanadaGAP program. It includes an intensive review of the OFFS manual requirements, with the incorporation of practical examples specific to commodity or region, and an optional ‘HACCP overview’ unit.

CHC members, Certification Bodies, auditors, customer representatives and CanadaGAP program participants gathered on March 8 at the Westin Ottawa for the first ever CanadaGAP Stakeholders’ Meeting.

Updates to the CanadaGAP OFFS Manuals are now available for download from our website by clicking here.
The latest revisions include the changes required for recognition of CanadaGAP by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

The CHC is pleased to announce the CanadaGAP (On-Farm Food Safety) Program certification options B and C have now been successfully benchmarked against the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements.

The CHC will be holding a four-day CanadaGAP Auditor Training session July 26 to 29, 2010 in Ottawa (Canadian Federation of Agriculture office, 21 Florence Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 0W6). A block of reserved rooms will be available at a nearby hotel.

The CHC held a three-day On-Farm Food Safety Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Ottawa, January 20-22.
