Welcome to the On-Farm Food Safety Resources for Trainers page. The following materials were designed to help you train producers and packers who are implementing the CanadaGAP program. The information is based on the CanadaGAP (OFFS) Manuals and includes a complete package of PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
The full presentation has been designed to span a three-day comprehensive training session (consult the sample agenda below) but can also be broken down into stand-alone modules. The information can be presented in any order (although it is recommended that the presentation on hazards be covered first).
