CanadaGAP program participants are encouraged to review the attached resolution, which will be discussed and voted on December 6, 2017 at the Annual General Meeting of CanAgPlus, the corporation that owns and operates the CanadaGAP Program.
Resolutions can be submitted by CanAgPlus members in advance of the AGM. The submission deadline was October 2. The resolution was then reviewed for compliance with the CanAgPlus Resolution Policy and approved by the Resolutions Committee.
Voting on the resolution will occur at the AGM. All program participants in good standing are eligible to vote. Please plan to participate in person, by designating a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf, or by phone/web presentation (note, you must have Internet access for online voting).
