What does the course offer?
- Intensive review of CanadaGAP requirements
- Practical examples specific to commodity or region, HACCP component and optional module on auditing repacking and wholesaling operations
- Days 1-4: Classroom training
- Day 5: Pre-exam review and exams (CanadaGAP Auditor Exam, GFSI Knowledge Exam for Primary Production, HACCP Exam, and Repacking and Wholesaling Exam)
