Les d\u00e9taillants, les entreprises de restauration et les transformateurs d&#8217;aliments exigent de plus en plus l&#8217;inscription de leurs fournisseurs \u00e0 un programme de salubrit\u00e9 des aliments ou leur certification \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs entreprises alimentaires canadiennes ont approuv\u00e9 officiellement le programme CanadaGAP et ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 exiger la certification de leurs producteurs au programme (ou d&#8217;un un programme de certification semblable).
