About Perry Johnson Registrars Food Safety, Inc. \u201cPJRFSI\u201d<\/h3>\n

PJRFSI is a certification body licensed by the CanadaGAP Program to provide certification services for CanadaGAP\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States.<\/p>\n

PJRFSI services include scheduling and conducting audit activities, recruiting and training auditors, assigning auditors to audits and monitoring their performance, reviewing audit findings and corrective actions, issuing the certificate of conformity, billing for the audit services, and providing client support services.<\/p>\n

Audit Fees<\/h3>\n

Following your application for certification, PJRFSI will provide you with a proposal of services. PJRFSI will bill you after the audit for the audit fees and the auditor\u2019s travel expenses. Please contact PJRFSI for more information about the cost of the audit and certification fees. Also, if you have any questions about PJRFSI\u2019s billing procedures, please call or email your designated project manager.<\/p>\n

Audit Report<\/h3>\n

PJRFSI will send you your audit report directly and not through the auditor. Turnaround of the audit report is completed within 30 business days. You should not expect your report and final score sooner than that. If it takes longer than one month to receive your audit report, please contact PJRFSI directly.<\/p>\n

Certificates<\/h3>\n

PJRFSI will send you your certificate once you have passed the audit. Please contact PJRFSI if you receive an incorrect certificate, have not yet received your certificate, need a hard copy, or other supporting materials or documentation.<\/p>\n

Complaints, Appeals and Disputes<\/h3>\n

Following the certification process, PJRFSI will send you an electronic satisfaction survey and auditor evaluation.<\/p>\n

PJRFSI has official procedures to resolve complaints, appeals and disputes if you do not agree with the audit findings, if you wish to file a complaint concerning the audit or if you experienced other problems with the PJRFSI\u2019s services. Procedures for Disputes\/Appeals is available for download on their website at https:\/\/www.pjrfsi.com\/document-download\/<\/a><\/strong> and complaints can be filed through the Lodge a Complaint portal at https:\/\/www.pjrfsi.com\/contact\/lodge-complaint\/<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0In any such event, please communicate with the PJRFSI office.<\/p>\n

Please note that all correspondence is handled in strict confidentiality and that complaints are treated separately from certification decisions.<\/p>\n
