R\u00e9pondez \u00e0 la question 4 pour indiquer votre choix d\u2019organisme de certification, et acheminez le formulaire sign\u00e9 au bureau de CanadaGAP par courriel \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@canadagap.ca\">info@canadagap.ca<\/a><\/strong> ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur au 613-829-9379.<\/p>\n<p>Certains auditeurs de CanadaGAP qui ont travaill\u00e9 avec SGS Canada agissent en tant que sous-traitant pour l\u2019un des organismes de certification susmentionn\u00e9s. Vous souhaitez peut-\u00eatre suivre votre auditeur vers cet organisme de certification, particuli\u00e8rement si vous avez une date confirm\u00e9e pour votre audit de 2019. <em>Veuillez v\u00e9rifier aupr\u00e8s de votre auditeur et\/ou votre nouvel organisme de certification afin de vous en assurer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nous aviserons votre nouvel organisme de certification du transfert.
