The Audit Checklist reflects the requirements of the CanadaGAP® manuals. It is used by auditors to assess that participants are meeting program requirements and ensures that consistent assessments occur. It was developed by a group of industry volunteers representing all regions of Canada, along with input and advice from food safety and audit professionals and buyer representatives.
The Audit Checklist is updated regularly as the requirements in the manuals change to reflect new science, etc. Program participants are encouraged to review the latest version prior to their audit to ensure they are well prepared. Click on the link below to download the latest version.
