Sheri Nielson Auditor Recognition Award

As part of the presentation of this year’s Annual Report, the inaugural Sheri Nielson Auditor Recognition Award was presented to two deserving CanadaGAP auditors:

  • Natalia St-Amand – serving Quebec/French-speaking program participants
  • Isabel Varey – serving English Canada.

Both auditors exhibit the care, dedication and heart for which Sheri Nielson was known. They have both served the food industry for some time, and made invaluable contributions as auditors, reviewers and team members. CanadaGAP extends congratulations to both deserving winners, and thanks those who submitted other nominations. CanadaGAP is proud to announce these first recipients of the prize, which will be awarded annually in recognition of outstanding CanadaGAP auditors.
