Don’t Forget to Register for the AGM and Vote!

Are you planning to join the CanAgPlus Annual General Meeting on December 3^rd in-person?

Tomorrow (October 30) is the deadline for the preferred rate for hotel reservations!

Please see the hotel reservation information handout, and the registration form to sign up for lunch, the auditor recognition award ceremony, and the CanAgPlus AGM in Calgary!

A reminder to ALL MEMBERS:

1. A special resolution is being presented to members from the CanAgPlus Board, to consolidate previous changes to the General Operating By-laws into a single document. A vote of 2/3 of the members in attendance at the AGM is required for this resolution to be adopted. Voting on the resolution will occur at the AGM.

• • Members who are not attending in-person can still participate virtually. Please complete the registration form by November 26.

2. Don’t forget to vote for the CanAgPlus Board of Directors candidates for 2025.       

• • Members who are unable to attend are still encouraged to participate in advance voting for the Board of Directors. Please read the the candidates’ biographies then vote on-line by November 26 using the link provided in the members’ meeting notice.
