The CanadaGAP Appendices provide additional tools and resources for operations to use. They contain further details on topics found in the manual (such as chlorination guidelines, water testing, sign templates, examples of SSOPs, etc.). They are meant to be a tool to help operations implement some of the food safety requirements in the CanadaGAP manuals.
The Appendices are meant as guidance only and are NOT requirements EXCEPT for Appendix S. Recall Program. Appendix S. Recall Program is required as part of a requirement in Section 23.3 of the CanadaGAP Food Safety Manuals.
