Should all operations complete an EMP?

An EMP risk assessment must be completed by all operations who:

1. Are enrolled in certification options B, C, D, E or F

AND

2. Handle or store market product, which is produce that is in market ready packaging materials. It may be packed in the production site or packed/repacked in the packinghouse.
